Laminated double sides
This double sided guitar is not to be compared with cheap factory made plywood but is made from solid (2 x2 mm thick) tonewoods.
This guitar is cedar lined with a Madagascar Rosewood outer layer.
The kerfing is made from 3x2mm cedar laminate.
Double sided construction adds more labour and cost to the guitar but
I believe that this gives it a significant structural advantage.
The stiffness makes the sides very stable and helps to improve volume and projection.
